Experience/ knowledge, Victoria seems to have seen it all and done it all and that proves to be a huge benefit whether you are buying or listing for the first time or you have participated in real estate transactions many times. Not only does she have thirty years experience, but she is on top of new changes in contracts and just the real estate industry in general. Drawing on her vast experience is clearly one of her strong points. Her professional approach and knowledge is something to be valued, never deterred, always positive, always moving forward. Accessibility, I have found Victoria to be very accessible even late into the evening, answering phone calls, returning phone calls, texts, and e-mails or presenting herself at your doorstep. One thing I appreciated in working with Victoria is that even when she is tied up she will figure out a way to acknowledge that she has received your communication and will get back as soon as she can. I have never felt that I had to wait an excessive amount of time to get the information that I needed or to get a hold of her. She makes you feel like you are her only client, even when she has many.
